I discovered this wonderful recipe while visiting the beautiful island of Phuket.  Fresh  ground fish marinated in a mixture of Thai spices, then coated with a special batter and deep-fried to perfection. Served with a cucumber salad.  One order includes 6 Phuket….$6.95
